It\u2019s the foundation of every other choice you make.<br>This chapter of my life began the day I paused long enough to ask, \u201cWhat do <em>I<\/em> really want?\u201d<br>It was uncomfortable at first. Silence always is. But slowly, clarity began to visit.<br>I realized that choosing myself meant setting boundaries that protect my peace, friendships that don\u2019t drain me, and goals that excite me.<br>This chapter isn\u2019t perfect \u2014 it\u2019s honest.
